Privacy policy
What we keep, and why.
Last updated September 28, 2026
TLS Fantasy runs private fantasy leagues where friends draft whole sports teams and score on real results. To do that it needs to know who you are and which league you are in. It does not need much else, and it does not sell or share any of it for advertising.
- What we collect
Your account: the email address you sign in with, or the account identifier Google or Apple gives us when you sign in with them, plus the display name, team name and optional avatar link you choose.
Your league activity: the leagues you join, the teams you draft, the points those teams score, the messages and reactions you post in league chat, and the notification preferences and time zone you set.
Technical basics: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and the ordinary request logs any web host keeps for a short time to keep the site working. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.
- How it is used
To run your league: score results, rank managers, run the draft, deliver chat, and send the notifications you have turned on. Nothing here is used for advertising or sold to anyone.
Emails go out only for things you asked for: a sign-in code, a draft reminder, a weekly recap. Every recap carries a one-click unsubscribe, and every category can be switched off on your profile page.
- Who can see it
Your league. Leagues are private and invite only. The other managers in your league see your display name, team name, avatar, roster, points, draft picks, chat messages and reactions. Nobody outside the league sees any of it, and your email address is never shown to other managers.
Service providers that host the product on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in, United States), Cloudflare (hosting and network), and Resend (email delivery). If you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider handles the sign-in itself under its own policy; we receive only your identifier and, with Google, your email address and name.
Sports results come from public data sources and contain nothing about you.
- How long we keep it
League history is the point of the product, so rosters, points and standings stay as long as the league exists, even after a manager leaves. Chat messages you delete are removed from the thread.
To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove your profile and sign-in details. Results you earned remain in your league’s history under your display name unless the league asks otherwise, because removing them would rewrite every other manager’s season.
- Cookies
One cookie holds your sign-in session, and your browser’s local storage holds small preferences such as day or night mode. There are no third-party cookies.
- Children
TLS Fantasy is for adults organising leagues with friends and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and it will be removed.
- Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above moves and signed-in managers are told inside the product before the change takes effect.
